How did we get involved?

Through conducting a DTI manufacturing diagnosis with the Managing Director highlighted the need for the company to introduce an efficient manufacturing regime in parallel with the proposed factory relocation.

How did we do it?

Through the IIB network, suitable expertise was located. Improvements to the factory layout and the introduction of ‘Lean Manufacturing' were subcontracted to two colleagues with extensive experience in these disciplines. The plan was then reconciled with the Sales budget and company restructuring.

  • Provided them with experts in materials handling, health & safety, fume extraction and heating & ventilating.
