Following a highly successful career in a variety of roles including Managing Director, Sales & Operations and Director/Senior Executive, Martin has been running his own Business Consultancy for the past 7 years. His experience and breadth of Consultancy and Senior Management experience in business start ups, dot com’s,  business negotiation, business process mapping, relationship management and sales and service sectors including Internet, Retail, Wholesale and Veterinary industries make him an extremely credible and challenging business coach.

A key aspect of the role as a business adviser is as coach and mentor. This includes a number of corporate clients and SME’s.

Current coaching projects include:

An International Translation Company who are currently experiencing immense expansion. This involves growth in staff and infrastructure, opening offices in the U.S, the Middle East and Europe, and a new focus in the public sector. The coaching involves one to one coaching for the CEO, Board Members, the Senior Management team and 12 Project Directors.

Electrical Engineering Company: coaching National Sales Director and MD.
The key areas of focus are to provide support in the development of the business, and the structure and performance of the sales team. I am also providing additional coaching in Recruitment and Selection Skills.

Veterinary: involved in a feasibility study to take Veterinary products into Europe, which involves coaching the MD throughout the process.

Childcare: Provider of business training through the Surestart initiative covering all business advice, from setting the price to financial awareness to client and staff relationship management.
