Technical Director at stockist and metal processor Maher Limited since 1992 and controlled not only Quality but IT support and development and then Lean Manufacturing.  Significant travel in UK plus Europe, USA and Japan controlling suppliers and subcontractors which often involved confrontational issues.  Revamped quality systems then integrated systems of fellow stockist including transfer of extensive aerospace approvals following takeover.

Formed own family partnership The BPAS Group in 2004 where these management skills continue to be effectively deployed.
